composition of the Constitution is completed but it doesn't

new conflict with Ehtiopia starts generating about 90.000
victims |

The
conflict ends with the Treaty of Algeri. The UN intervention
leads to an International Committee for the borders demarcation.

September: it
is the day which marks the dictatorial turn of the Eritrean
Government. Eleven persons among those who signed the
open letter together with 18 journalists were arrested.
