One month of celebrations for the Eritrean Women Day.

Many of them started realizing.....
At the same time, the Eritrean Government announced that the Parliament has approved a law against the female circumcision. A short notice published on a governmental web site states that who ever requests, participates or supports this practice will be condamned to jail or fined.
Isayas Afeworky introduces himself to the world as a progressive President.
We invite all women to ask the following questions:
Wasn't this Eritrean Law already made some years ago?
What's the value of a Law in a country where Constitution doesn't exist?
Who is the Eritrean Parliament made of, since many of its representatives have disappeared in secret prisons for years?
How will the respassers be prosecuted in a state which is not subject to the rule of law?
